Zero charge cancellation policy

The following cancellation fees are applicable:

1)Any cancellation requests must come from the enrolled e-mail address only and be sent to EMAIL ID FOR CANCELLATION. The booking ID must be mentioned in the cancellation request email.


2)The full booking payment for the particular event will be refunded and sent back to the source within 7–14 business days for cancellation requests made before the event start date.

3)The customer will receive multiple vouchers with a value equivalent to the full cost of the event concerned for cancellation requests submitted between 0 and 24 hours before the event's start date. Within three business days, the stated voucher will be emailed to the registered email address. The aforementioned voucher cannot be combined with any other discount coupons or vouchers and is only good for three months from the date of issue.

4)The provisions of clauses 2 and 3 apply whether the full sum due for the applicable event is paid in full or in part.

5)Cancellation requests submitted on or after the event's start date won't be taken into consideration.

6)For cancellation requests made for a group of ten or more people, the Zero Cancellation Policy does not apply. Shivarmachi has the right to decide whether to grant these requests, and decision-making may result in 100% cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT BY SHIVARMACHI

We reserve the right to change or reschedule the tour that you had scheduled, without giving any reason. These modifications or cancellations can be necessary due to unforeseen events. We will present you with alternate tour dates / tours in such circumstances. If the new date or trip is unacceptable to you, we will reimburse your payment in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any compensation, damage, consequential loss of interest, or refund of any other costs you incurred would not be our responsibility or liability.


UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Shivarmachi will refund any payment for a confirmed booking made through the Services to the relevant visitor within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation, and the visitor may also receive an email or other communication from Shivarmachi with alternative Listings and other pertinent details. It will be handled as a new group tour booking if the visitor wants a reservation from one of the alternative listings. Please get in touch with Shivarmachi at EMAIL ID FOR INFORMATION if an operator cancels a confirmed booking and you, the visitor, have not received an email or other notification from Shivarmachi.


CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR UNDER FORCED MAJEURE EVENT

The arrangements are planned in advance. It is rare that we will need to alter your trip plans in any way. We retain the right to alter plans at any point before or during the trip if necessary due to Force Majeure Events. 

Based on the Force Majeure Events, if there are any modifications, we will let you know as soon as possible before or during the trip.

Additionally, we have the right to change the dates of your travel plans, provide other dates, or cancel your trip altogether in the event of a force majeure event. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of the aforementioned factors are the responsibility of the traveler. 

The traveler will not receive a refund due to force majeure events.

Any situation that is beyond Shivarmachi's reasonable control is referred to as a "Force Majeure Event," and this includes, without constraint, any conduct of nature or the public enemy, mishap, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualties, strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, violent protests, sabotage, terrorist acts, economic blockade, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in the issuance or processing of a visa.
