The Above Rates Are Wholesale Fit/Git/Series Business Rates Applicable Only for special program.

For These Bookings Must Mention The Name Of The Program and show voucher or receipt. Group Tariff Is Valid by pre booking.

These Rates Are Applicable For the Inbound/Domestic Business Only and Not Applicable For Any Other Business Like Conferences, Lifestyle Events, Weddings, Film Shoots or Incentives.

The Special Rates As Quoted To You Cannot Be Displayed On The Internet, Electronic Media Or Any Other Media Which Is Open To General Public And Has Unrestricted Viewer Ship.

Cancellation Policy

The arrangements are planned in advance. It is rare that we will need to alter your trip plans in any way. We retain the right to alter plans at any point before or during the trip if necessary due to Force Majeure Events. 

Based on the Force Majeure Events, if there are any modifications, we will let you know as soon as possible before or during the trip.

Additionally, we have the right to change the dates of your travel plans, provide other dates, or cancel your trip altogether in the event of a force majeure event. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of the aforementioned factors are the responsibility of the traveler. 

The traveler will not receive a refund due to force majeure events.

Any situation that is beyond Shivarmachi's reasonable control is referred to as a "Force Majeure Event," and this includes, without constraint, any conduct of nature or the public enemy, mishap, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualties, strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, violent protests, sabotage, terrorist acts, economic blockade, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in the issuance or processing of a visa.

All Cancellations Received Less Than 7 Days Prior To Arrival Will Attract Retention Charges Of 30%.
Series Business – All Booking Confirmation To Be Received 20 Days Prior To Arrival The Booking Will Be Released Only If The Voucher Is Not Received 15 Days Prior To The Date Of The Arrival. All Cancellations Received on the same day will attract ZERO refund policy.

Pre-Payment Policy

Pre-Payment Service Vouchers Must Be Received At The Time Of Booking For The Confirmation. (No Later Than 30 Days Prior To the Arrival Date) 

All Payments Have To Be Settled Prior To Departure From The camp In Cash Or Demand Draft Favoring The camp Unit.

However, Should A Credit Arrangement Exist Between Our 2 Companies, The Bills Have To Be Cleared Within 15 Days Of Receipt Of Bills. If Payment Is Not Cleared Within 30 Days Than Interest @ 18% Will Be Charged After The Expiry Of 60 Days Time, If The Payments Are Still Not Cleared Then The Special Rates Offered Will Be Withdrawn And The Rates Will Be Charged For Which Your Business Which Is Solely Your Responsibility.

Allocation/Confirmation/Release Policy

Based On The Availability Status, The Rooms Will Be Allocated For The Bookings Received.

Confirmation Will Be Provided Only After Receipt Of Pre-Payment / Service Voucher, Naming List And Other Requested Details.

Non-Receipt Of Pre-Payment / Service Voucher Or Naming List Plus Any Other Requested Details Within The Specified Time Frame of 7 Days, May Lead To Release Of Booking By Us.

The New Years Eve Supplement Is Mandatory for All Staying Guests on the New Years Eve.
The Special Rates Structure Will Be Confidential Between The 2 Companies Only.
