The following cancellation fees are applicable:
1)Any cancellation requests must come from the enrolled e-mail address only and be sent to EMAIL ID FOR CANCELLATION. The booking ID must be mentioned in the cancellation request email.
We reserve the right to change or reschedule the tour that you had scheduled, without giving any reason. These modifications or cancellations can be necessary due to unforeseen events. We will present you with alternate tour dates / tours in such circumstances. If the new date or trip is unacceptable to you, we will reimburse your payment in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any compensation, damage, consequential loss of interest, or refund of any other costs you incurred would not be our responsibility or liability.
Shivarmachi will refund any payment for a confirmed booking made through the Services to the relevant visitor within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation, and the visitor may also receive an email or other communication from Shivarmachi with alternative Listings and other pertinent details. It will be handled as a new group tour booking if the visitor wants a reservation from one of the alternative listings. Please get in touch with Shivarmachi at EMAIL ID FOR INFORMATION if an operator cancels a confirmed booking and you, the visitor, have not received an email or other notification from Shivarmachi.
The arrangements are planned in advance. It is rare that we will need to alter your trip plans in any way. We retain the right to alter plans at any point before or during the trip if necessary due to Force Majeure Events.
Based on the Force Majeure Events, if there are any modifications, we will let you know as soon as possible before or during the trip.
Additionally, we have the right to change the dates of your travel plans, provide other dates, or cancel your trip altogether in the event of a force majeure event. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of the aforementioned factors are the responsibility of the traveler.
The traveler will not receive a refund due to force majeure events.
Any situation that is beyond Shivarmachi's reasonable control is referred to as a "Force Majeure Event," and this includes, without constraint, any conduct of nature or the public enemy, mishap, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualties, strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, violent protests, sabotage, terrorist acts, economic blockade, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in the issuance or processing of a visa.
